Your account

Mola creates an account for you on first launch. Signing in with Apple or Google makes it permanent and lets you reach it from other devices and the web. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you are under 13, use Mola with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Subscriptions and payments

• Lite and Pro are bought through the App Store and paid to Apple. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. If you don’t cancel during a free trial, the paid period starts when it ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Apple handles refunds under its own rules.

Credits and gift codes

Credits are service units for cloud features such as advanced stories. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account. Expiry and conditions of free, promotional and gift-code credits are stated where they are given. Credits obtained through cheating or abuse may be removed.

AI-generated content

Stories, questions and explanations may be generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Mola is a language learning companion; it does not provide an official level certificate or guarantee exam results. Don’t submit other people’s personal data or illegal or harmful content for generation.

Your content

The cards, texts, recordings and notes you add are yours. You give us a limited permission to store them, sync them between your devices and process them when you ask, only to provide Mola. It ends when you delete your account; details are in the privacy notice.

Fair use

• Don’t try to get around the service’s limits, free allowances or security measures, or collect data with automated tools.
• Don’t use duels, your profile or nickname to harass, demean or post illegal content.
• Breaking these rules may lead to your account being restricted or closed.

Changes and closing your account

As Mola develops, features may be added, changed or removed. You can delete your account in the app at any time; cancel your App Store subscription separately. We’ll tell you in the app about important changes to these terms.

Liability

Mola is provided as is. We can’t guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Apple and governing law

For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies; these terms complement it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
